Wedding merch booths in Orange County

The crew lives here. The presses live here. Your load-in is our commute.

Orange County is not a market we serve — it is where Merch Troop is from. The presses are garaged here, the crew sleeps here, and an OC booking means the shortest logistics chain we can offer: no travel fee, no freight risk, and a team that has probably already worked your venue.

The OC wedding landscape

The county splits into three booth personalities. Coastal — Laguna, Newport, Dana Point — where salt air and sunset ceremonies make the evening hoodie the quiet hero of the menu. Estate and canyon — San Juan Capistrano, Silverado, the Santa Ana foothills — where outdoor receptions give the booth room to breathe and the display wall shows up glowing in every golden-hour photo. And the ballroom circuit from Costa Mesa to Anaheim, where hotel load-in rules matter more than weather and we handle dock scheduling directly with banquet teams.

What home-turf booking gets you

Practical advantages, not sentiment: we can site-walk your venue before you sign anything. Backstock lives thirty minutes away, so if your RSVP count jumps the week of, the garment order can flex later than anywhere else on the map. Day-of, the crew arrives from across town, not across a state line — weather delays and freight surprises effectively do not exist here.

Local timing notes

OC outdoor venues lean early — coastal noise curfews often close amplified sound by ten, which pushes the merch rush earlier than a typical reception curve. We plan the drop accordingly, usually opening the table during cocktail hour and hitting full crew during the post-toast window. For late-night energy, OC couples often route the booth to the after-party at a house or hotel suite instead.

Dates here book flexibly, including shorter-runway weddings using in-stock garment menus. Send your venue and date — odds are decent we pressed there last season.
